Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Cancellation Policy

For Digital Marketing & Advertising Services:

  • Clients may cancel their service subscription within 2 days of signing the contract.
  • Once work has commenced (e.g., campaign setup, SEO optimization, content creation), cancellations are subject to a cancellation fee covering the work completed.
  • Monthly retainers or ongoing projects require a 1-day notice before cancellation.

For Web Design & Development Services:

  • Project cancellations must be requested before the design and development phase begins.
  • If the project is canceled after initial work has been completed, a partial refund may be issued based on the work done. No refunds will be issued once the website is fully developed and delivered.

For Paid Ad Campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook & Instagram Marketing, PPC):

  • Ad campaign cancellations are subject to the terms of the advertising platforms (Google, Meta, etc.).
  • If an ad campaign is already launched, no refunds will be issued for the budget spent.

For Branding, Graphic Design, and Content Writing Services:

  • If the creative work has not started, clients may request a cancellation.
  • No refunds will be issued for completed design or content work.

2. Refund Policy

Eligibility for Refunds:

We offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • Service Not Delivered: If a service is not delivered within the agreed timeframe and no work has been initiated, a full refund may be requested.
  • Duplicate Payments: If a client is charged twice for the same service, a full refund will be processed upon verification.
  • Non-Satisfactory Work: If a client is not satisfied with the service and reports issues within 2 days, we will attempt to resolve them before considering a refund.

Non-Refundable Services:

  • Services that have already been executed (e.g., ad campaigns, SEO, content marketing, web design).
  • Consultation and strategy development fees.
  • Third-party expenses (ad budgets, hosting fees, domain purchases, etc.).

3. Refund Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed within [X] business days to the original payment method.
  • Clients must provide proof of payment and transaction details for verification.
  • Bank processing times may vary, and we are not responsible for delays from financial institutions.
